One of my favourite things to do is to bring amazing women together to meet other amazing women. It’s not that I have anything against the men (believe me, fellas, you’ll have your turn on the blog); it’s just that there’s something to be said for the freedom, laughter and intelligence that comes out when women are free to mix, mingle and have a glass of wine.
My colleague, Danya, is one of these women. She’s brilliant, genuine and so much fun. She was also kind enough to help me with a new section of the blog (yes, they’re all new at this point) that I like to call the “Stella & Dot Style Profile”. (I made this up myself, so bear with me.)
Here’s how it works: I ask my friends some fun questions, and they answer. You get to know them a bit, and we all get to see how Stella & Dot’s fabulous jewelry works for women of all ages and stages of life. Fun, no? So here we go!

My first “clean eating” post on Chic Galleria is up. Now to find more recipes without sugar…or white flour…or butter?! Why did I decide to do this again?
(via beigeinside)
I got this Alice tattoo because Alice in Wonderland is my favorite book, and I identify with her curiosity. Done in one (painful) 3 hour sitting by Nina at Laughing Buddha in Seattle, WA

How have I not heard this before?! Thanks to @smichm for sharing. I’m addicted.
It’s #MusicMonday and I’d like to be in California listening to Rufus Wainwright, but I’m at my desk in Belleville, so this will have to do.
